14-day return guarantee

Under EU consumer legislation, you have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receipt, without having to justify the reason.

Return conditions:

• The product is intact, unchanged and in the original shipping packaging.
• The return is made within 14 days of receiving the part.
• You paid online and received order confirmation.

Return procedure:

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the product back to the address we specify.
4. After confirming receipt, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days.

24-month quality warranty

All parts distributed through Potrivo benefit from a 24-month warranty, under EU law and the manufacturer's warranty conditions. For manufacturing defects, the part will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

Returns for compatibility reasons

If the part does not fit your vehicle (e.g., due to a VIN identification error), contact us to discuss solutions. Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement, return or other options.
