Delivery through Potrivo is professionally managed, from sourcing the part at Chinese factories to delivery at your door. Here's how the process works:

Delivery steps

1. Online order: Identify the part by VIN or model and securely pay the final DDP price (including shipping and VAT).
2. Sourcing in China: The part is picked up from authorised OEM manufacturers and shipped quickly to our warehouse.
3. Constanta verification: The part arrives at our Constanta warehouse, where it undergoes rigorous photo and video verification — quality, integrity, compatibility.
4. Final delivery: After verification, the order is shipped via fast courier, with no taxes or additional customs formalities for the customer.

Estimated times

• New orders (sourcing + shipping): 20-30 days from order placement.
• Items in stock at Constanta: 24-48 hours from order confirmation.
• Shipping within Romania: Fast courier, delivery in 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping and packaging

All orders are shipped in durable packaging, clearly labelled with part information and necessary documentation. For domestic transport, we work with recognised couriers who ensure on-time delivery.

Order status

You will be able to track your order status in your personal account (when the login module is activated). You will receive notifications at each stage: order confirmation, dispatch, delivery.
